Resource Parents
Prospective Foster Care and Adoption Resource Parents use the LMS to access the online Pre-Service Resource Family Training (RFT) program, while current Resource Parents can take free online course to earn In-Service Training credit hours.
Agency Employees
Employees of contracted Foster Agencies use the LMS to access online Agency Employee Training courses.
RFT Trainers
Resource Family Training (RFT) Trainers—from FCASC, NRCYS, and contracted Agencies—use the LMS to Review and Approve learners’ Big Picture Question (BPQ) submissions.
