Missing your Password Reset Email?

If you requested a password reset but didn't receive an email reply, the Help Desk can reset your password manually.
Missing your Password Reset Email?

The system’s password reset email might be blocked by some email programs. If this happens and you don’t receive an email from norepy@learn.okfosters.org with instructions on how to reset your password, the LMS Help Desk can help!

Email your full name and email address to the Help Desk at help@oucpm.org, with “OK Fosters password reset” in the email subject line.

Here’s an example for you to (a) copy into your email, (b) update with your own information, and (c) send to help@oucpm.org:

Hello,

My name is [learner’s name], and my email address is [learner’s email]. Please reset my Foster Care and Adoption LMS password.

Thank you,

[learner’s name]

The Help team will send you a temporary password within one business day.

Immediately after you log in, the system will prompt you to update your temporary password.


Next: Logging in

Once you have your username and password, you’re ready to begin learning! Access the site and log in using the info you received by email.
