The system’s password reset email might be blocked by some email programs. If this happens and you don’t receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions on how to reset your password, the LMS Help Desk can help!
Email your full name and email address to the Help Desk at email@example.com, with “OK Fosters password reset” in the email subject line.
Here’s an example for you to (a) copy into your email, (b) update with your own information, and (c) send to firstname.lastname@example.org:
My name is [learner’s name], and my email address is [learner’s email]. Please reset my Foster Care and Adoption LMS password.
The Help team will send you a temporary password within one business day.
