The Help Desk (powered by OU CPM) is available via email or phone (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-F) and can help address LMS issues when you can’t find the solution you need online.

If you can’t find the answers you need here, on the Foster Care and Adoption LMS Help website (have you tried searching the site?), contact the LMS Help Desk. The Help Desk provides support to learners, trainers and course creators working with our Learning Management Systems, including the Foster Care and Adoption LMS, CPM LMS, OKLMS and the DHS Learning LMS. Common problems we can assist with are:

  • Resetting your password
  • Locating missing course completions or
    certificates
  • Enrolling in a restricted course

Foster Care and Adoption LMS Help is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 405-521-2580 or help@oucpm.org. Emails and voicemails are addressed within one business day.
