The Help Desk provides support to learners, trainers and course creators working with our Learning Management Systems, including the Foster Care and Adoption LMS, CPM LMS, OKLMS and the DHS Learning LMS. Common problems we can assist with are:
- Resetting your password
- Locating missing course completions or certificates
- Enrolling in a restricted course
